Do I have additional costs?

No. You are paying the price shown on the gyms site and that’s all. In this price, we included VAT and all extra service charges.

I booked a pass, what is happening next?

Within a few minutes you will receive an email with your Fitfox-Pass, which is also your bill. If you do not receive an email from us, please have a look into your spam folder. If it does not appear there, please contact us at support@fitfox.de.

What if I dislike the gyms on the first check-in?

If you dislike the gym at your first Check In, you have the opportunity to return the pass to us. If you did not even start your training by then, you will bare no costs. If you are not satisfied during or after your training you still can cancel your pass at a small administration fee.

What happens if I bought a pass and get sick?

Don’t worry, therefore, you have 14 days to redeem your pass. If you have already started the training and get sick, write an email with the medical certificate to support@fitfox.de and we will pause your pass.

I have indicated an incorrect e-mail address, is my offer gone?

Of course not, just send us an email to support@fitfox.de and we will take care of it. You can also edit your e-mail address by yourself at the top of your Fitfox profile.

Can I purchase an offer as a gift for someone else?

Unfortunately this is not possible. Crucial to the gym entrance are the name and email address entered during the registration on Fitfox.de.

Is it possible to cancel a bought pass?

Yes, you can cancel the purchase of your unused pass within 14 days. Send an E-Mail to support@fitfox.de. Please have a look in our terms and conditions and stick to the standard form, which can be found under 11.5.

I'm having trouble to check In at the gym. What shall I do?

Our partner gyms and Fitfox are constantly striving for a high degree of customer satisfaction. If something goes wrong, send us an email to the following address : support@fitfox.de.

Can I buy a pass for the same gym repeatedly?

Of Course! This is not a problem. In your user profile you can even see all the passes you already purchased in the past.

How many hours is a day pass valid?

The day pass is valid for the daily opening times of the gyms. You could even work out in the morning and in the evening.

How long is a 7-day pass valid for?

7 days means that if you have entered the gym on a Wednesday, the last day of your training will be next Tuesday (inclusive).

How long is a 1 Month Pass valid for?

Your Month Pass starts from the first day of your visit at the gym. If your first day, for example, the 9th of the month, then your pass is valid until the 8th of the following month.

How long is the 3 Month Pass valid for?

Your 3 Month Pass starts from the first day of your visit at the gym. If your first day, for example, the 9th of the month, then your pass is valid until the 8th of the third month.

How long is the 1-time ,3-time ,5-time or 10-time pass valid for?

This depends on the respective gym/studio terms. Please check the profile page of the individual gym/studio for further details. If you have further questions, please contact support@fitfox.de
